A person reads it, not an autoresponder. If you left a handle or a website, we look
through it before replying, so the first response has something useful in it rather than
asking you to repeat what you already wrote.
You will hear back within 24 hours on a business day. If it looks like we can help, we
suggest a 30-minute call to talk through goals and platforms. If we are not the right
fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better. Nobody gets put on a drip sequence.

Where we film
mthd media is based in Loudoun County, Virginia. For clients across the county we film
on site, which covers Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Purcellville, Middleburg, Hamilton,
Round Hill, and the surrounding towns. We also work with brands elsewhere in Northern
Virginia and the greater Washington D.C. area.
Being local matters more than it sounds. Filming in your actual space, with your actual
staff and products, is what separates content that looks like your business from content
that looks like a stock library. It also means a shoot is a short drive rather than a
travel line on an invoice.
Outside the area, we still work with you. You send footage from your phone and we handle
strategy, editing, captions, scheduling, and reporting from here.
