Working with us

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month. There's no lock-in.

How much notice do I need to cancel?

30 days. Let us know before the next billing cycle and you won't be charged for the following month.

Do you film at my location?

If you're in Loudoun County, yes — we come to you. Outside the area, you send us the footage and we handle editing, captions, and posting from there.

Do you work with clients outside Northern Virginia?

Yes. We work with anyone, anywhere.

Which platforms do you work on?

We'll recommend the right one based on where your audience actually is. If you already know which platform you want, we work with that. Intro covers one platform, Standard covers two, and Growth covers Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

How long until my first post goes live?

Two weeks from when you sign on. You'll have portal access and a strategy call within 24 hours of signing — content production starts immediately after.

What if I don't like a piece of content?

Each deliverable comes with one revision round. If you need more than that, we'll work something out at an hourly rate.

Do you need access to my accounts?

No passwords. We get added as a partner through Meta Business Suite for Instagram and Facebook, and through the equivalent for TikTok and YouTube. You keep full control of your accounts the entire time.

Do you guarantee results?

We don't promise specific follower counts or engagement numbers — no honest agency can. What we do guarantee is that everything in your plan gets delivered on time, every week. If you're not happy after 60 days, cancel with 30 days notice.

When do I pay?

There's a one-time onboarding fee of $250 due before work starts. After that, you're billed on the 1st of each month, with the first month paid upfront.

Social media management, explained

How much does social media management cost?

Most agencies charge between $500 and $5,000 a month depending on how much content is produced and whether filming is included. Our plans run $999 to $1,999 a month plus ad spend, covering filming, editing, captions, posting, and reporting.

What does a social media manager actually do?

A social media manager plans what gets posted, creates the content, writes the captions, schedules everything, and reports on what worked. We handle all of it, including filming and editing, so nothing lands back on your plate.

Is hiring a social media agency worth it for a small business?

It is worth it when posting consistently is the thing you keep dropping. An agency costs less than a full-time hire and removes the weekly production work. If you already post reliably and see results, you may only need help with strategy.

Should I hire an agency or manage social media in-house?

In-house makes sense if someone on your team already films and edits well and has hours free each week. An agency makes sense when that time does not exist. A full-time social media hire in Virginia typically costs far more per year than a monthly retainer.

How much does a social media manager cost per month in Northern Virginia?

Monthly retainers in Northern Virginia typically run from around $800 for basic posting to $3,000 or more for daily content with filming. Our Loudoun County plans start at $999 a month and include on-site filming.

How long does it take to see results from social media marketing?

Expect around three months before growth becomes steady. Early weeks are for testing what your audience responds to. Reach usually moves first, then followers, then enquiries. Anyone promising results in a few weeks is guessing.

What is included in social media management?

Typically strategy, content creation, captions and hashtags, scheduling and posting, community replies, and performance reporting. Our plans include filming and editing too, which many agencies charge separately for or expect you to supply.

How often should a business post on Instagram?

Two to four times a week is enough for most small businesses, provided it is consistent. Posting daily with weaker content usually performs worse than posting twice a week with content worth watching.

Do I have to give an agency my account passwords?

No, and you should not. A legitimate agency requests partner access through Meta Business Suite for Instagram and Facebook, and the equivalent for TikTok and YouTube. You keep ownership and can revoke access at any time.
