mthd media ("we," "us," or "our") is a social media management agency based in Loudoun County, Virginia. We operate the website mthd.media and provide social media strategy, content creation, and account management services. You can reach us at contact@mthd.media.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, including:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, brand name, and any message you send us through our contact form.
- Booking information: when you schedule a call through Calendly, their service collects your name, email, and chosen time slot. See Calendly's privacy policy.
- Portal access requests: if you request access to our client portal, we collect your name, email address, and business name.
- Portal account data: for invited clients, we store your email address and business name to manage your account. This includes performance reports, content records, and messages exchanged through the portal.
- Authentication data: we use passwordless sign-in (magic links) for the client portal. Your email is used solely to authenticate you and is stored securely via Supabase.
- Communications: emails or other messages you send us directly, including messages sent through the portal chat.
- Billing information: for active clients, your subscription plan and billing status. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or any third-party advertising scripts on this website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries and messages
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Communicate about potential or ongoing projects
- Review and process portal access requests
- Provide you access to your client portal, including reports, content, and direct messaging
- Authenticate your identity when you sign in to the portal
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
This website uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

5. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Portal account data (including your profile, reports, content records, and messages) is retained for the duration of your active client relationship with mthd media. Access requests are retained for our internal records regardless of whether they were approved or denied.
If you'd like us to delete your data, contact us at contact@mthd.media and we'll handle it promptly.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of any future communications from us
